About the Author:-

CA A K S Krishnan hails from family of prohiths, first graduate from his family completed his Chartered Accountancy course at the age of 21 even before completing articleship. The very next day of completion of articles joined as audit manager and took in charge of 60 company audits including Central statutory audit of banks, PSU, Listed Company, Public and private company across various industries. After 2 years of Practice he got opportunity to serve in European Based Private Equity with 60 Million USD investment through FDI. Serve as Manager of 13 Private equity companies for 2 years independent in charge for compliance, finance and accounts.

CA AKS Krishnan always has passion towards teaching students. Started his teaching career at the age of 21 with corporate and allied laws. He trained 1400+ CA Students (Jan 2015 to March 2016). CA AKS Krishnan has highest pass parentage for Corporate and allied laws i.e 95% of his students pass in the subject he teaches. He teaches in various regional branches of ICAI and Various private institutions in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana and Karnataka. Books authored by CA AKS Krishnan include Corporate and Allied Laws for CA Final – Student friendly Material, Standards on Auditing.

He have diligence and immense ability to learn, relearn and unlearn.
